Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses GPU compute, storage, networking or related services provided by APAC COMPUTE PTE. LTD. or its affiliates (“APAC Compute”), whether directly or through a customer or reseller. By using our services you agree to it.

  1. You must not use our services, or allow them to be used, to:
    1. design, develop, produce or use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons or missiles, or for any military, military-intelligence or other end use or end user prohibited by export control law;
    2. benefit any sanctioned or listed person, or anyone in a comprehensively sanctioned country or territory;
    3. create, store or distribute child sexual abuse material;
    4. develop or deploy malware, gain unauthorised access to or disrupt any system, or circumvent any security or isolation control;
    5. carry out unlawful surveillance, unlawful biometric identification or categorisation, or unlawful discrimination;
    6. commit fraud, send spam or phishing, impersonate others, or create deceptive deepfakes, including non-consensual intimate imagery or content intended to mislead voters; or
    7. infringe intellectual property, process personal data unlawfully, or break any other applicable law.
  2. You need our prior written approval to: resell or sub-let our services; provide them to, or use them for, anyone headquartered in, or ultimately owned from, a country subject to heightened U.S. export controls, as defined in CHK-01 (currently U.S. Country Group D:5 and Macau); use them for defence, law-enforcement, intelligence or government-security purposes; process biometric data at scale; or mine cryptocurrency.
  3. You must complete our KYC and end-use certification, tell us about changes in your ownership, control, intended use or location of use, pass this policy on to anyone you allow to use our services, keep your credentials secure, and cooperate with our reasonable enquiries.
  4. We do not inspect your content. We rely on your commitments and on information we already hold to run our services. We may investigate suspected breaches, and may suspend or terminate the services, and report to the authorities, where this policy or the law requires. Reporting child sexual abuse material is mandatory.
