Who we are. APAC COMPUTE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202621338M), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422 (“APAC Compute”, “we”). We provide GPU compute capacity in Asia-Pacific.

What we collect. Names, job titles and contact details; identity and ownership information (including identification numbers and copies of identity documents) for directors, beneficial owners and signatories of organisations we deal with; results of sanctions, export-control and adverse-media screening; details needed for data-centre access; and anything you send us.

Why. To verify identity and ownership; to meet our legal obligations, including sanctions, export-control and anti-corruption laws; to enter into and perform contracts; to control access to hosting facilities; to respond to enquiries; and to manage our business relationships.

Legitimate interests. For sanctions, export-control and anti-corruption screening, we may rely on the legitimate-interests exception under Singapore law. We have assessed that this processing is necessary and proportionate. Contact our DPO for more information.

Who we share it with. Our professional advisers, corporate secretary and auditors; service providers that host our systems; data-centre operators (for access control); banks and financiers; counterparties where needed for their own KYC; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers. Some of these recipients are outside Singapore and Malaysia. We transfer personal data only with protection comparable to Singapore and Malaysian law.

How long. Only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law requires. KYC records are kept for 7 years after the relationship ends.

Your choices and rights. You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent or (where Malaysian law applies) have your data transmitted to another organisation. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue dealing with you or your organisation. We respond within 21 days.
