Anyone, whether you work with us, are a customer or supplier, or are a member of the public, can report suspected bribery, fraud, breaches of sanctions or export controls, other illegal conduct, or retaliation involving APAC Compute.
How to report
Email whistleblow@apaccompute.com. It reaches our Compliance Officer and one other director. You can also contact any director directly. If your concern involves the Compliance Officer or a director, the person involved will not handle your report.
You can stay anonymous. Please give enough detail for us to look into it: what happened, when, who was involved, and any documents you have.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your report within 5 business days.
- Someone not involved assesses it and, where needed, investigates, with external counsel if appropriate.
- We keep your identity and your report confidential, sharing them only on a need-to-know basis or where the law requires.
- We tell you the outcome where appropriate, and report to the authorities where the law requires.
No retaliation
No one will be dismissed, demoted, disadvantaged, harassed or have a contract terminated for raising a concern in good faith, even if the concern turns out to be mistaken.
Reporting to the authorities
You do not have to tell us first. You can report directly to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Singapore’s Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) or any other authority. In Malaysia, anyone who is offered, promised or given a bribe, or is asked for one, must report it to the MACC or the police.
